Our background spans over three decades of sales and operational leadership, years of small business ownership, and formal education in Business Management and Economics, paired with hands-on real estate experience. Hustle & Heart is led by husband-and-wife team Matt and Kelly Lee, whose work is rooted in service, trust, and a deep respect for the families they serve. Together, they bring a unique balance of heart and execution to every transition.

Kelly spearheads the real estate side of the business, guiding estate sale clients and long-standing past clients through the home-sale process with clarity, advocacy, and care. Known for her communication, organization, and ability to navigate complex and emotional situations, Kelly focuses on protecting her clients’ best interests while helping them move confidently into their next chapter.

Matt leads the estate sales operation, overseeing logistics, execution, and on-site management. With a steady presence and a hands-on approach, Matt ensures that every estate sale is handled efficiently, respectfully, and with attention to detail. His leadership allows families to trust that the day-to-day work is being handled thoughtfully and professionally.
