Hustle & Heart Estate Sales is led by husband-and-wife team Matt and Kelly Lee, who founded the business with a shared belief that families deserve more than a transactional approach during major life transitions. Together, they bring complementary strengths to every estate — Matt with a steady, hands-on presence and logistics expertise, and Kelly with a gift for organization, communication, and guiding families through complex, emotional decisions. As a family themselves, they understand how personal these moments can be, and they treat every home with the same care and respect they would want for their own.

Why Hustle & Heart Was Created

Through years of owning and operating a real estate brokerage, we have walked closely with families during some of life’s hardest transitions — preparing a loved one’s home and belongings for what comes next. Along the way, we worked with many estate sale companies, and too often what we witnessed was disheartening: poor communication, lack of transparency, little compassion, and minimal follow-through. Watching families we cared about receive service that fell short of what they deserved made one thing clear — there had to be a better way.

From the very beginning, our work has been rooted in service, integrity, and relationships. Long before Hustle & Heart Estate Sales existed, we built a successful business entirely through referrals by simply doing the right thing, showing up fully, and taking care of people. “Hustle & Heart” became more than a name — it became a reflection of how we work, how we lead, and how we live.

The turning point came when a client urgently needed an estate liquidated and no company was willing or able to step in. We knew this was the gap we were meant to fill. Drawing on decades of combined experience in business, management, real estate, and client care, we created a service that was organized, respectful, and deeply people-centered — not transactional.
