Together, they bring complementary strengths to every estate — Matt with a steady, hands-on presence and logistics expertise, and Kelly with a gift for organization, communication, and guiding families through complex, emotional decisions. Why Hustle & Heart Was Created

Through years of owning and operating a real estate brokerage, we have walked closely with families during some of life’s hardest transitions — preparing a loved one’s home and belongings for what comes next. Along the way, we worked with many estate sale companies, and too often what we witnessed was disheartening: poor communication, lack of transparency, little compassion, and minimal follow-through. Watching families we cared about receive service that fell short of what they deserved made one thing clear — there had to be a better way.

From the very beginning, our work has been rooted in service, integrity, and relationships. Long before Hustle & Heart Estate Sales existed, we built a successful business entirely through referrals by simply doing the right thing, showing up fully, and taking care of people. “Hustle & Heart” became more than a name — it became a reflection of how we work, how we lead, and how we live.

The turning point came when a client urgently needed an estate liquidated and no company was willing or able to step in. We knew this was the gap we were meant to fill.
